Payment & Shipping Policy – Drinks Ơi

At Drinks Ơi, we want you to shop with confidence. We are committed to transparent pricing, secure payment methods, and reliable delivery services. This policy explains how payments and shipping are handled when you shop with us.

I. Payment Methods

We currently offer two secure payment options at checkout:

  • Option 1: Online Bank Transfer

  • You can complete your payment online without re‑entering personal banking details each time.
  • Save our account information in your Beneficiary List for faster future payments.

  • Option 2: VNPAY Payment Gateway

  • VNPAY complies with PCI‑DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council.
  • Your credit card data is encrypted, and purchase information is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction.
  • Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Napas, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, plus local cards from 32 banks in Vietnam.

What We Don’t Do  

We do not charge hidden or additional fees. We do not store your payment details beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed.

II. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits, bottled/canned drinks) placed via our official website.

We provide nationwide delivery through:

  • In-house delivery 
  • Third-party logistics partners (e.g., GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post, or equivalent)

2. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • The recipient must be at least 18 years old, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age or identity cannot be verified.

3. Delivery Time

3.1. Inner-city (Hà Nội)

  • Express delivery: 30 – 120 minutes (subject to distance and stock availability)
  • Same-day delivery: within 2 – 24 hours

3.2. Suburban & other provinces

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 business days
  • Although we tend to offer as far as possible express delivery and/or same day delivery, these  may vary depending on distance, weather, and logistics conditions. They are offered as a best-effort service rather than a guaranteed option.

3.3. Delivery Hours

  • Standard hours: 08:00 – 21:00 daily
  • After-hours delivery may incur additional charges or require prior arrangement

4.3. Standard Shipping Fees (for orders < VND 2,000,000)

Inner-city:

  • 0 – 5 km: VND 30,000 – 50,000 
  • > 5 – 10 km: VND 50,000 – 80,000
  • Over 10 km: based on delivery partner rates

Other provinces:

  • Calculated based on weight, size, and distance per carrier pricing

5. Order Processing & Delivery Procedure

  1. Order confirmation via phone/email/messaging
  2. Order preparation
  3. Secure packaging (shockproof, anti-breakage)
  4. Handover to delivery partner
  5. Delivery to customer

6. Packaging Standards

  • 100% authentic products, sealed and labeled
  • Protective packaging:
    • Carton boxes with cushioning
    • Anti-break materials for glass bottles
  • Sealed before dispatch to ensure integrity

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect the package before acceptance:
    • Correct product and quantity
    • No leakage, damage, or breakage
  • Record an unboxing video (recommended for dispute resolution)

8. Failed Delivery

Orders may be canceled if:

  • Customer cannot be reached after multiple attempts
  • Incorrect delivery information is provided
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason

Delivery partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

9. Flexible Receiving Options

  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Store pickup (Click & Collect)
  • Customer-arranged delivery (e.g., ride-hailing services)

10. Important Notes (Alcoholic Products)

  • No delivery to individuals under 18
  • Delivery restrictions may apply in certain regulated areas
  • Customers are responsible for lawful consumption and use

11. Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Traffic or logistics disruptions
