Returns and Refund Policy for Drinks Ơi

At Drinks Ơi, we are dedicated to providing high‑quality products and excellent customer service. Because we specialize in alcoholic beverages, our return and refund policy includes specific conditions to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- Your product arrives damaged (label, seal, or packaging affected).
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Order details such as product type, quantity, or size are incorrect.
- An item is missing from your order.
- The product has expired upon delivery.
All claims must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our helpdesk at shop.drinksoi@gmail.com with proof (photos/videos).
What We Don’t Do
We do not accept return requests submitted after 48 hours. We do not process claims without supporting evidence.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- The product has been opened or partially consumed.
- The product has been improperly stored by the customer.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
3. Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Drinks Ơi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and photos/videos of the product.
- Wait for our review and instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after a return has been approved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our fault (damaged, incorrect, expired items), Drinks Ơi will cover shipping costs.
- If the customer initiates the return for other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos and a short video immediately.
- Contact us within 24 to 48 hours.
- We will review and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided or the absence of the recipient:
- Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Refunds may be reduced to cover delivery costs.
10. Refund Exceptions
Drinks Ơi reserves the right to:
- Refuse refunds in cases of abuse.
- Limit refunds for repeated claims.
- Investigate suspicious or fraudulent return requests.
