Velenosi Visciole IGT Dolce is a distinctive sweet Italian wine from Marche, crafted from Lacrima wine combined with Visciole sour cherry syrup. It shows an intense ruby-red colour with attractive amaranth reflections. The nose is expressive and aromatic, offering notes of violet flowers alongside ripe red fruits and rich cherry jam, with hints of blackberry and blueberry. On the palate, it is soft, sweet and beautifully balanced, combining concentrated fruit flavours with refreshing acidity and gentle tannins. The characteristic Visciole cherries add depth and a distinctive sweet-tart fruit character, leading to a smooth, persistent finish.

Serve at 10–12°C. Velenosi Visciole IGT Dolce pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts, dry pastries, fruit-based desserts, blue cheeses and mature cheeses.
