The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels to develop its distinctive characteristics. This is one of the fine wines that reflects the delicate flavors and aromas of each carefully selected grape variety blended to create the perfect bottle. The wine has a deep red color with a complex aroma of dark fruits, as well as cherries and plums.
Kayen Icon Wine is made from Chile’s characteristic grape varieties: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Carmenere, 15% Petit Verdot, and 5% Syrah. Each grape variety is grown in different vineyards and must be the best grapes from vines aged 20 years or more. They are then blended in a specific ratio to create the Kayen wine bottle.
For this premium wine, the aging period in oak barrels is at least 24 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Kayen has a deep garnet red color with violet highlights. Its enchanting aroma is intoxicating, characteristic of ripe red fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, along with hints of olive and cedar, leaving a lasting impression. With the complexity of four grape varieties, Kayen offers a strong, full-bodied, rich flavor of ripe fruits, a touch of beeswax, and a lingering, smooth finish.
