Bervini 1955 Winery – Italy
“Bervini 1955” is a brand closely associated with the historical presence of the Bergamo family in the world of wine. On May 5, 1955, Antonio Bergamo, the founder of the company, established it, and the company is now in its third generation. In its early days, the business focused on distributing wine in bulk to restaurants. Over the years, the company has grown, expanded, evolved, and gradually equipped itself with wine and sparkling wine production facilities along with modern bottling lines… Bervini 1955 is closely connected to the lower Friuli region.
This winery is located in Chions, in the province of Pordenone, situated between the DOC Prosecco and Friuli Grave regions. The wines produced are the result of grapes grown on the alluvial soils rich in streams characteristic of this area: on one hand, there is heavy clay soil, perfect for producing excellent red wines, and on the other hand, gravel and stones are ideal for high-quality white wines.
Imported Italian wine B Bervini Vino Spumante Brut
Prosecco DOC sparkling wine is made from Glera grapes and other supplemental grape varieties grown in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. Since the 1990s, they have cultivated their vineyards using organic farming methods. This choice stems from respect for nature and people.
This sparkling wine is part of the Natura line, a fresh, elegant, and pleasant sparkling wine. It is produced using the Martinotti – Charmat method in steel tanks. After harvest, the selected grapes are taken to the cellar to make the wine. After gentle pressing, the grape juice is separated from the skins and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15/16°C. Then, the wine is transferred to an autoclave for the second fermentation (Martinotti method) and left for at least 30 days.
