Velenosi Montepulciano Onda is a rich Italian red wine from Abruzzo, crafted from 100% Montepulciano. It shows a deep ruby-red colour and offers expressive aromas of ripe black cherry, plum and raspberry, complemented by notes of black pepper, cinnamon, tobacco and leather. On the palate, it is full and generous, with juicy fruit flavours, fresh acidity and medium-to-firm yet smooth tannins. A subtle mineral character adds depth, while the concentrated fruit and spice lead to a long, persistent finish. The wine combines the bold character of Montepulciano with a balanced and approachable style.
